Jean Monnet Module for European Monetary Law contains 4 specialised deliver-made courses that will be held within 40 teaching hours during one academic year and it is expected that about 20 students will participate in these courses. Lectures are held at the Faculty of Law, the University of Niš in February, March, April, and May of the academic year 2020/2021, 2021/2022. and 2022/2023. years. The module consists of 40 hours of lectures, organised in two-hour blocks (in total about ten weeks approximately). After successfully completing all the above courses, the participants receive a certificate from the University of Niš on the completed MONELA module, which is a legitimate document and verifies the additional knowledge of the candidate.
On Friday, October 15, 2021. "Erasmus days" within the celebration of the Erasmus + program were marked at 2 pm in the Great Hall of the University of Niš and certificates were awarded to the participants of the first generation "Jean Monnet Module for European Monetary Law (MONELA)", which is being implemented at the Faculty of Law in Niš by Prof. Dr Srdjan Golubović and Doc. Dr. Marko Dimitrijević.

We kindly inform all interested students of bachelour, master's and doctoral level of studies, law graduates and the public, that on Thursday, May 20, 2021, Jean Monnet module for European Monetary Law round table entitled "Monetary Disputes in EU Law" will be held at 13 am the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš (the round table shall include topics on nature and general and specific characteristic of monetary disputes in EU Law, procedural legitimacy of the European Central Bank, monetary jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice and review and normative analysis of most important monetary disputes in European practices). Taking into account the situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the mandatory application of epidemiological measures to protect life and health, the round table event will be realized online through free of charge ZOOM platform. All round table participants will receive certificates of participation.
