On Monday, May 22, 2023. at 2:00 p.m. at the Faculty of Law in Niš, as part of the "Jean Monnet Module for European Monetary Law", a study visit was made to the Law Office "Ksenija Dimitrijević" from Niš. On that occasion, lawyer Ksenija Dimitrijević introduced the participants of the Module to the field of work of her distinguished law firm and her field of expertise, and gave a valuable lecture to the participants of the Module on the topic "Uncertainties of legal practice in the domain of application of certain aspects of banking law", with the aim of a better and more consistent understanding of the normative regulation of the banking sector.
