On Monday, 08.05.2023. at 3:00 p.m. at the Faculty of Law in Niš as part of the "Jean Monet Module for European Monetary Law", Gligorije Brajković, Head of Legal, UniCredit Bank Serbia JSC (Belgrade), held a guest lecture dedicated to the legal regulation of the banking system in the Republic of Serbia. On that occasssion, Moduel participants had a valuable opportunity to become comprehensively acquainted with the normative framework of the legal regulation of the banking sector and the characteristics of authoritative primary and secondary sources of the subject matter, while pointing out the biggest challenges and diversity of practicing the legal profession in banking.
