On Monday, 04/03/2023. at 4:00 p.m. at the Faculty of Law in Niš as part of the "Jean Monet Module for European Monetary Law", Dr. Žarko Dimitrijević (PhD) Consultant and Public Enforcement agent from Niš, held a guest lecture entitled "Instruments for NPL realization in relation to fiscal protective measures prescribed by law" within the course "Fiscal rules in the EU". On that occasion, the participants of the Module had a valuable opportunity to become familiar with the significant issues in the field of NPL implementation in correlation with protective fiscal measures established by domestic legislation, while pointing out the biggest challenges in that area.
