On Monday, March 13, 2023. at 5:00 p.m. as part of the "Jean Monet Module for European Monetary Law" activities, an online study visit to the Law Office "Prerdrag Popović" in Niš was held. On that occasion, the participants of the Module had a valuable opportunity from lawyer Predrag Popović to get acquainted with the issue of the costs of processing bank loans in legal practice, get acquainted with the relevant legal framework and the biggest dilemmas that appear in that segment of the domestic monetary legal environment.
