On Monday, 11.04.2022. year at 15.00 at the Faculty of Law in Niš within the "Jean Monnet module for European Monetary Law", prof. Dr. Maja Nastić, Associate Professor at the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law in Niš, gave a guest lecture entitled "Corporate Responsibility for Human Rights Respect". On that occasion, the participants of the module got acquainted with the biggest dilemmas, open issues and practice regarding the corporate responsibility for human rights respects in the European and international context, with special reference to domestic solutions that gained particular importance and relevance in the field of studying new models of macroeconomic management and governance in the EU.
